Critique Timeline and Submission Guidelines are at the bottom of the page, after the list of Faculty.
AS OF FEB. 2 ALL CRITIQUE SLOTS ARE FULL
TWO IMPORTANT THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND WHEN CHOOSING THE PERSON YOU WANT FOR YOUR CRITIQUE:
1.) Be sure they are willing to critique your type of submission. (Ex: You have a YA but they only critique PB-don’t pick that person)
2.) Be certain you are able to attend a 15-minute session during the date and times your choice of critiquer will be available.
We have an amazing MayFest critique faculty of editors, agents, an art director, award winning author/illustrator and an SCBWI executive board member. We can’t’ promise everyone they will be able to select the critique who is their first choice. However, all of the faculty have been highly recommended for their insightful critiques. Additionally, participants will receive submissions guidelines enabling them to submit to the critique faculty, most of whom are closed to un-agented authors/illustrators.
