This workshop is for both writers and illustrators.

Salina will share her process in writing and illustrating picture books through her own unique cut-and-paste drafting style that does not require any drawing skills. There will be a fun writing activity with a spontaneous prompt given to experiment with writing in a new way. She will also briefly introduce concept books for writers who never considered writing them in order to broaden their publishing horizons.
Supplies: Pencil or pen, packet of lined index cards, (you will need approx 16-20 cards), a clip/paperclip, and a notebook for notes.
