Season Tickets

Buying a Season Ticket Saves Money

Registration opens August 13, 2022. Take note due to corona virus we are planning our 2022/2023 season September – April 2023 (and MayFest) to all be Zoom meetings. We hope to start In-person AND Live-stream our meetings in September 2023. The In-person venue for 2023-2024 will be announced by August 2023 on our website.

From August 13th through December 9th you can purchase a Season Ticket by clicking here (starting August 13th). Season Tickets provide admission to all chapter meetings without monthly registration, discounted pricing for intensives and for MayFest conference, and access to chapter meeting recordings (for a max of 15-days after the meeting) whether they were able to attend or not.

We won’t be asking everyone to fill out the beginning-of-the-year sign in sheet this year, so please be sure your e-mail is updated with SCBWI as that is the email we will be using for sending Zoom meeting invites/links, notifications and reminders. You can verify what email SCBWI has on record by opening the SCBWI website and going to your My Home page.

The cost of a Season Ticket is $60 for SCBWI members; $90 for nonmembers and helps us bring in speakers and underwrite chapter events. If you are an SCBWI Int’l member and registered with SCBWI Int’l as a Full Time College Student, you will get an automatic 10% discount. If you are a SCBWI member facing financial hardship due to Covid, please contact us at sandiego@scbwi.org. We will be offering a free meeting, one time per person.

Any Season Ticket Purchases after Noon Pacific Time on the day of an event will not be able to attend that day’s chapter meeting live, but you will receive the link to that meeting’s recording (available for 30 days.)

If you would like to join SCBWI to save money on the price of our chapter meeting Season Ticket, go to SCBWI.org.

Since we are not meeting in person all Season Ticket purchases will be online starting August 13th below.
